Connect: with yourself, the floor, the space, your fellow dancers. Take a Ride: on momentum, when falling does the work for you, upside down, on purpose. Articulate: with generous gesture, facile feet, loud listening legs, something to say. We will practice in and out of balance, focusing and blurring, alone and together. We will culminate in phrasework, dancing with everything.
